The chef

"I graduated in Communication Sciences, but once I completed my studies, I decided to devote myself to an activity that really reflected my personal interest and then I enrolled in a cooking class.

Elena.jpgOne thing led to another, and my career began with an internship at the hotel restaurant "La Bastiglia" in Spello, then led by chef Marco Gubbiotti, who was my teacher and is still a point of reference. Afterwards I completed my training with three years of work at the CucinA restaurant in Foligno, a gastronomic project of chef Gubbiotti.


From there I embarked on a career that fascinates me and led me to travel from Italy to here in Luxembourg, where I worked in the kitchen of the restaurant "Vinissimo" and "Fani" in Roser.


I accepted the challenge of managing the restaurant "Trattoria del Circolo" to test myself as a chef, to give life to a personal gastronomic project and to propose to the public my idea of ​​cooking."

"I want to offer a modern version of home made cuisine: I propose to the public grandmother's recipes reviewed with affection from the granddaughter's point of view ".
