ART of wine: artistic itineraries at Circolo Curiel





Once a week, from September 2018 to January 2019, at 6:00 pm. 

Circolo Curiel and the Italian Degustator of Luxembourg Association (DIL), with the sponsorship of the Italo-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, will offer to teh public an innovative course, intended for all those who desire to deepen the techniques of degustation of wine and get  familiar with  the Italian artistic and architectural heritage.

Roberta Alberotanza (former director of the Italian Institute of Culture and expert in cultural tourism) will lead you to discover a selection of sites that UNESCO has inscribed on the world heritage: an exciting journey in search of forgotten wonders or rediscovery fascinating and in-depth masterpieces of the collective imagination. At the same time, Isabella Sardo (President of the association DIL and Best Sommelier of Luxembourg 2008) will guide you on a journey of sensory through the most important wine appellations in each geographical context: to understand, not only how to enjoy and appreciate the wine, but also as the beauty and the variety of the Italian territory are expressed inside the glass. At the end of each evening, the new chef at Circolo Curiel's restaurant, Elena Ginocchietti, will also be offering a regional menu (to be paired with the wines tasted). What to satisfy the sight, the smell, the taste, the soul, the head, the heart (and the desire to travel)!

January 17, 2019: Sicilia Unesco Sites: 1) Etna; 2) Baroque towns of the Valley of Noto 3) Aeolian Islands Wines: Etna doc, Cerasuolo di Vittoria docg, Malvasia delle Lipari doc Menu: Antipasto of the terroir, Spaghetti with Syracusaine breadcrumbs, cannoli Language: French PRICE: 275 euros for the five meetings, including wine and dinner / 65 euros for an individual evening.

Please send us by mail the proof of payment (at ). Registration for the complete cycle is possible from now until 17 September 2018 at the latest. Places are limited, in case of overbooking, only the first 25 will be entitled to participate in the course. If you want to participate in a single evening, you should register one week in advance on the date chosen, with transfer to the same bank details, specifying surname, first name and mention 'Course Art and Curiel Wine' + chosen date. In case of overbooking of registrations in the complete cycle, it will not be possible to accept registrations for individual parties. Only the sending of the execution of the bank transfer is proof of registration.
