"Castagnata" at the Circolo Curiel. Reloaded





Saturday, 24th November 2018 from 7.30 pm onwards

Considered the great success of the "Castagnata" held on Saturday 10th November, we decided to replicate the event next Saturday, November 24 th starting at 7.30 pm, with a renewed menu.

We look forward to seeing you numerous and hungry as always!

Lenticchie, suprema di faraona in rete di maiale e pinoli tostati
Lentils and guinea fowl supreme in pork net and toasted pine nuts
Frascarelli con ragù di cinghiale e porcini
"Frascarelli" with wild boar ragout and porcini mushrooms
Filetto di capriolo rosolato alle erbe, purè di fagioli borlotti e erba campagnola
Venisoin roasted fillet with herbs, mashed borlotti beans and salad
Pere al vino, ganache al cioccolato fondente e crumble all’olio
Pears in wine, dark chocolate ganache and oil crumble
