Presentation of the book: "School and democracy in the age of globalization"

Public schools open to all are one of the positive consequences of democracy based on universal suffrage, together with health care and welfare measures. Public schools , inclusive and individualized, as utlined in this essay, are one of the most important principals of democracy, because contribute to elevate the cultural level of future citizens, create moral capital and, at the same time, through scientific research, allow to maintain a high level technology for keeping and increasing market shares.
